This may be something that you can integrate seamlessly into your existing workout and will allow you to have more fun.  If you can have fun while working out, it will be a lot easier for you to want to actually get out the door each day and workout. <p>Another great idea that people do not even consider is to start running with a training partner. If you do not get out the door, not only will you be letting yourself down, you&#8217;ll also be letting down your training partner.  Finding a training partner may be a lot easier than you might think.  Have you ever considered taking your dog with you when you run?  Using your dog as a training partner is a good idea because it might take the pressure off of you.  You can enjoy running more and it will not be as hard because you can let your dog set the pace.  Not only will your dog be a good running partner, it will also help you stay more motivated.</p>
<p>These are great suggestions that a lot of people often overlook.  They can easily be incorporated into how you currently workout.  They may help you actually look forward to running and you&#8217;ll be able to get out the door more regularly. If you can work out more regularly, that will be the key to your weight loss success.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>If you are looking for a <a  href="http://www.bestwaytoburnbodyfat.com/health/plan-lose-weight">plan to lose weight</a>, then you have come to the right place. I&#8217;m going to show you one of the many methods I know to lose weight quickly. I should tell you that my methods are extreme and not at all for the faint hearted.</p>
<p>My name is Darren Starr, also known as The Rapid Results Coach.  My clients come to me because they want to achieve rapid results in an area or areas of their life.  I have developed programs and systems that do just that.</p>
<p>I also should tell you that I am not a doctor.  You should consult a medical practitioner before starting any form of diet or exercise regime.</p>
<p>Let&#8217;s begin with my favourite 4 Step Weight Loss Plan.  It&#8217;s my favourite because using advanced NLP, (Neuro Linguistic Programming) makes living a healthy lifestyle so much easier. Preparation is the first key important step.</p>
<p>1) Take 30 minutes each day to vividly imagine yourself with the physique you&#8217;d like, i.e. slim, perhaps some muscles etc. Visualise yourself eating healthy foods and really enjoying the taste of them and wanting to eat and drink healthy all the time. Also imagine yourself <a  href="http://www.bestwaytoburnbodyfat.com/health/exercising">exercising</a> and really enjoying it.  I personally am not interested in the gym, but I love martial arts, so I imagined myself training with shaolin monks, loving the hard-core physical training.  For you, your passion might be running, rowing, skiing, dancing, mountaineering etc. Imagine yourself looking young and healthy and really enjoying life, being totally fit. Imagine yourself smiling, wearing nice clothes, looking in the mirror and thinking that person in the mirror is hot! This can take some getting used to, but stick with it, you are teaching your mind to love and accept yourself and give yourself positive feelings about being healthy and <a  href="http://www.bestwaytoburnbodyfat.com/health/exercising">exercising</a>.  You are making the transition easier.</p>
<p>2) The next step is to begin to act as if you are already fit and healthy and that means, you value, love and respect your body and would not even entertain the idea of putting junk in there.  You would not even look twice at fizzy drinks, chocolate, sweets, caffeine, carbonated drinks, fatty, sugary foods.  Avoid them altogether.  A neat trick is to imagine something really disgusting like sewers, imagine the smell, then imagine all the bad food and drinks you like all mixed up together in this sewer like one big horrid soup!  If you spend enough time imagining this clearly, any time you see unhealthy food, you&#8217;ll remember the rancid soup and you won&#8217;t want to eat it!  How about that for beating a craving!</p>
<p>3) Then begin actually drinking water instead of coffee, tea, cola etc.  Just plain, pure water.</p>
<p>*Did you know that many athletes consume between 3-4 litres of water per day and the American Armed Forces that currently occupy Afghanistan said to the BBC that they each consume between 8-10 litres of water per day!*</p>
<p>I recommend you drinking between 2-4 litres of water every day, it has no calories and helps cleanse your system and hydrate your body.  You&#8217;ll also feel less hungry.  For the first 2-3 days you will visit the toilet more, but that is a good thing as your body flushes out harmful toxins.  Things will even out after that.</p>
<p>Eating only fruit, vegetables and pulses whilst avoiding meat and dairy products will significantly speed up your results.  Eat smaller amounts and eat more regularly.  A healthy stomach is about the size of your fist.  The amount of food you eat in one sitting should not be any bigger than that.  Ever been to an expensive restaurant and found the portions were very small?  That is why.</p>
<p>Stick to the above 4 steps and the weight will literally fall off.  My clients say that they tend to lose 1-3 lbs. per day. per day on the above plan.  I&#8217;m sure it&#8217;ll work for you too.</p>

<p>There are two easy ways around this. The first is to simply eat more, smaller meals per day. Then, the body feels it&#8217;s getting a constant intake of food, so it doesn&#8217;t go into storage mode. Secondly, vary your calorie intake each day. Eat reduced calories for a couple of days, and then &quot;refuel&quot; on every third day or so. This also keeps your body from thinking that your diet is actually starvation. Change your diet in these small ways, and you&#8217;ll be surprised at how the fat just stays off.</p>
