I use to go bike riding everyday when I was younger, I guess I knew that I was burning calories like crazy, but I wasn’t flattening my tummy or losing the weight I wanted. At that time I was overweight but not necessarily large in size.
I was looking for other exercises that help burn fat, but I found that the problem was I was eating too much sugar.
Why in the heck will I do that?
Well many people was taught in school that sugar is what gives us our fuel as energy, but now I’ve found out that in a way that may be true. When kids eats sugar you’ll see that they become more active, but that’s only a temporary rush of energy.

I started using good fat oils in my diet everyday because I learned that giving the muscles these oils will prolong this energy burst and gives you long term stability while exercising and it causes your body to burn fat faster than usual.
Here are exercises that help burn fat fast. #1. Swimming – Swimming is a great exercise that burns an awful lot of calories and is very effective in helping you tone your body. I always been a good swimmer and I would love to hit the beach a lot, but my schedule won’t let me. The movements in swimming to targeted towards the whole body, and when you add swimming to your workout as a regular routine, you will find a big different in your body shape.
#2 Jogging – I personally hate jogging, but it’s a good way to pump up the fat burning process and it does it really fast. If you can job 30 minutes or more a day, you’re on the right track to a healthy lean body.
#3 Treadmill – The treadmill in my opinion is very effective to lose weight at a reasonable speed. Some people just don’t want to walk or jog outside everyday. This makes things much easier, because you can watch TV while exercising, or maybe it’s raining outside. I use my treadmill very often because I don’t to miss a workout. It speeds up my metabolism dramatically, so the food I eat normally burns right up.
