There&#8217;s no quick fix to your overall health issues but you can adopt a weekly regime of moderate workouts that will give you a long-term solution to keeping you lean, fit, and happy.</p>
<p>It will have to be a daily and weekly program since there is no one single fat burning workout that can be done occasionally to take off the pounds. In addition, you must combine a workout program with a properly balanced meal plan to be successful. This means creating a calorie deficit in order to burn off excess body fat &#8212; which means doing more exercise and eating less. Since a pound of fat is equal to 3,500 calories worth of &quot;fuel&quot; to the body, you must burn 3,500 more calories in one week than you take in, in order to burn off just one pound.</p>
<p><strong>Start Getting That Heart Rate Up </strong></p>
<p>By using the term fat burning cardio, what we are really suggesting is doing a form of aerobic activity. This is exercise that helps you use oxygen in your muscles more efficiently. Aerobics can be described as almost any exercise that quickens your breathing and gets your heart pumping faster, and is maintained for at least 20 minutes.</p>
<p>This can even include brisk walking! One thing walkers and runners share is that they can no more miss time spent in a daily workout than they could skip brushing their teeth or catching the news. Most avid walkers can cover a distance of five miles easily and are quite trim individuals. Running is considered the apex, the hyper fat burning cardio exercise, but not everyone can handle the constant pounding on the knees.</p>
<p><strong>An Ideal Indoor Aerobic Program: The Cardio Circuit </strong></p>

These are the big expensive machines you&#8217;ll find at the health clubs but you can also buy economically priced equipment for your home gym. Fitness activities such as running are especially effective at burning more calories because you have to carry your own body weight (as opposed to swimming weightless in water). As for the time factor, it&#8217;s recommended by all fitness experts that you should work out aerobically for a minimum of 30 to 60 minutes and do so at least three times a week.</p>
<p>The great thing about doing cardio circuit training is that the workouts target the large postural muscle groups in the body, i.e., the legs and trunk, but also the chest, abs, and back. When these large muscles are involved, calories get consumed at an even faster rate. When you start to get strong and have built up endurance, then it&#8217;s time to increase the resistance and challenge your body to do more.</p>
<p>Cardio circuit machines will help you burn about 500 calories in an hour if you stick to a moderate to intense fat burning workout, the equivalent of doing a 5-mile road run. For variety, try doing 20 minutes each on three different types of machines for an intense hour of activity.</p>
<p>It&#8217;s no secret that the way to lose weight is to: Eat Less &#43 Work Out. And now we&#8217;ll show you how to add one more step to your fat burning cardio program to really get your butt in shape.</p>
<p><strong>Combining Cardio with Weight Training </strong></p>
<p>Here&#8217;s a great way to get the result you want &#8212; fast! Add some resistance exercise such as weight training to your weekly fitness schedule to help tone your developing body. You can alternate by doing weights one day, aerobics the next day, and so on. However, if you must do both on the same day, always lift weights first before doing aerobic activities.</p>
<p>There are two reasons for this: first, if you do the cardio first, you&#8217;ll get tired and you should not lift with fatigued muscles. The second reason is that lifting weights beforehand will help to burn off the blood sugar and stored glycogen before you start your fat burning cardio phase. Otherwise, it takes up to a half an hour to reach this zone when doing aerobic activity alone. Remember: lift first, then do the cardio. Before long, as you watch the pounds melt away, you&#8217;ll have a slimmer, more toned body and you&#8217;ll find that your endurance and energy levels will increase dramatically.</p>

Although our technologies and our society has developed a lot in the last hundred years, we so far at least, have not discovered an easy, fast and comfortable way to lose fat. There is no magic pill or shortcut, but you already know that, right?</p>
<p>The biggest problem and obstacle that people, who want to lose weight, is getting out of their comfort zone. That is very hard for people to do. Everyone knows that you need to eat healthy and do regular exercise to lose fat, but there is something that keeps people from taking action.</p>
<p>Other people, who are interested in making money, take advantage of this situation and offer all kinds of weight loss pill, diets, diet programs, weight watchers program etc. It is easy to fool people and tell them what they want to hear. A person likes to hear that he can achieve something easily and fast. But if you look around, then none of the junk, that is offered for fat loss, is working.</p>
<p>I know that it is hard to make the first step and it may seem impossible, but take the first step and see what happens. I also understand why you want to think, that some pill is going to help you out. I personally do not know any shortcut, that you can take, if you do, then let me know.</p>
<p>Your poor lifestyle is the cause of your problems and the fat around your stomach is the symptom. The only way that is possible to get rid of the symptom, is to treat the cause. <p>For most people, losing weight is pretty easy. It&#8217;s keeping that weight off that is the really hard part. However, keeping excess pounds off can also be a snap, so long as you learn how to get your body to burn more fat naturally. The first thing that you need to understand is that your body is tremendously adaptable, and all of your dieting and exercising habits have an effect on its ability to lose weight. Keeping that in mind will make it easier to change those habits permanently.</p>
<p>The first step in how to get your body to burn more fat is to change your eating habits. That has less to do with what you eat (although that is obviously very important), and more to do with how often and how much you eat. The tricky thing about diets is that your body adjusts to them. When the body thinks it is at risk of starving, it automatically starts to hold on to its energy reserves (the fat!) stubbornly.</p>
<p>There are two easy ways around this. The first is to simply eat more, smaller meals per day. Then, the body feels it&#8217;s getting a constant intake of food, so it doesn&#8217;t go into storage mode. Secondly, vary your calorie intake each day. Eat reduced calories for a couple of days, and then &quot;refuel&quot; on every third day or so. This also keeps your body from thinking that your diet is actually starvation. Change your diet in these small ways, and you&#8217;ll be surprised at how the fat just stays off.</p>

<p>If times are tough, or if you just don&#8217;t like going to big, expensive commercial gyms where stinky bodybuilders hog the equipment and girls &quot;dressed-to-impressed&quot; intimidate you in the exercise area, then you&#8217;re going to love the alternative fat burning workouts that you can do at home &#8211; without any equipment at all!</p>
<p>I still remember the day Carla showed up for her first workout with me in my home studio. She was a cardio queen but her fat loss program was stuck in neutral. &quot;I run four days per week,&quot; she said, &quot;but cardio isn&#8217;t working anymore. I&#8217;ll never be able to lose the fat on my thighs.&quot;</p>
<p>She Was Skeptical About Bodyweight Workouts &#8211; As she wandered around my home talking about how cardio just wasn&#8217;t working anymore, she was also surprised by the lack of equipment in my workout area. &quot;How am I going to burn fat if you don&#8217;t have any machines?&quot;, she asked. Little did she know I was about to introduce her to the fun and effective bodyweight circuit workouts that she could do anytime, anywhere, while losing fat and sculpting her body without paying an outrageous amount of money for equipment that usually takes up entire rooms.</p>
<p>Carla would meet me three times per week after dropping off her kids at school and she would do a 30-minute fat burning workout with bodyweight exercises. Each weight loss workout session would start with a circuit of bodyweight exercises, including an easy lower body exercise like bodyweight squats or lying hip extensions, kneeling pushups, stability ball leg curls, and side planks.</p>
<p>Sculpt Your Body With Bodyweight Exercises &#8211; This simple little circuit of four bodyweight exercises prepared her for the full bodyweight circuit workout to come. After the warm-up, we did two advanced bodyweight exercises to build strength. Like most women, Carla struggled with full pushups, but within just two weeks she was able to do two reps with perfect form.</p>
<p>Over time we added over a dozen pushup variations to her bodyweight strength program, such as close grip pushups, decline pushups, and Stability Ball pushups, allowing her to sculpt her arms and get rid of the body fat that often hangs underneath the triceps.</p>
<p>After the bodyweight strength exercises, it was time to move to the bodyweight circuits. The best way to burn fat is to use interval training, but without cardio machines and because of the cold Canadian winters, we were stuck inside and needed to find a replacement.</p>
<p>But thanks to my years of training large groups of female athletes all at one time in big gymnasiums without any equipment, I had developed a secret system of bodyweight exercises that puts &quot;turbulence&quot; on the muscles and helps them sculpt your body better than ever before &#8211; even compared to long, slow boring cardio workouts.</p>
<p>Sample Bodyweight Circuit Workouts &#8211; Bodyweight circuits can be used in your weight loss program if you don&#8217;t have access to any machines, bikes, or a place to exercise outside.</p>
<p>For bodyweight circuits, you&#8217;ll pick three easy lower body exercises and three easy upper body exercises, and alternate between lower and upper body movements(2). For Carla&#8217;s workouts, we also made them more difficult as she increased her fitness by adding one easy total body &quot;dynamic&quot; exercise at the start of the circuit and a harder power move to the end of the circuit.</p>
<p>Her bodyweight circuit workout looked like this.</p>
<p>Total Body Exercise &#8211; Jumping Jacks (20 repetitions)<br /> Prisoner Squat (10 repetitions)<br /> Close-grip Pushups (3-5 repetitions)<br /> Split Squats (10 repetitions per side)<br /> Mountain Climbers (8 repetitions per side)<br /> Reverse Lunge (8 repetitions per side)<br /> Elevated Pushups (3 repetitions per side)<br /> Running in Place (20 seconds)</p>
<p>Go through the circuit using as little rest as possible between exercises, and then rest one minute at the end of the circuit. Repeat the weight loss program circuit up to 2 more times if you are advanced.</p>
<p>Diet &#43 Bodyweight Exercises = Flat Tummy and Slimmer Thighs. Of course, Carla and I also had to have a quick talk about nutrition. She needed to toss the junk food out that she was eating each night. We even implemented a rule that there was no eating after 8pm. There&#8217;s nothing magical about when you eat, but just imposing that limitation mentally helped her avoid the evils of night eating.</p>
<p>Plus, Carla focused on adding one serving of fruit and one serving of raw, fibrous vegetables to her daily diet for four weeks. This helped her fill up and have more mental energy all day long, while also reducing her daily calorie intake. Combined with the bodyweight circuit workouts, these small, but powerful changes helped her lose almost two pounds per week for four weeks straight.</p>
<p>No equipment? No problem! If you have no money, no equipment, or no desire to go to a gym, it doesn&#8217;t matter! With proper nutrition and bodyweight circuit workouts, you can burn fat in the comfort of your own home without having to fight through busy gyms, line up for machines, or be intimidated by cardio bunnies who try to turn the gym into a nightclub.</p>

<p>I use to go bike riding everyday when I was younger, I guess I knew that I was burning calories like crazy, but I wasn&#8217;t flattening my tummy or losing the weight I wanted. At that time I was overweight but not necessarily large in size.</p>
<p>I was looking for other exercises that help burn fat, but I found that the problem was I was eating too much sugar.</p>

<p>Well many people was taught in school that sugar is what gives us our fuel as energy, but now I&#8217;ve found out that in a way that may be true. When kids eats sugar you&#8217;ll see that they become more active, but that&#8217;s only a temporary rush of energy.</p>
<p><strong>Good oils are great.</strong></p>
<p>I started using good fat oils in my diet everyday because I learned that giving the muscles these oils will prolong this energy burst and gives you long term stability while exercising and it causes your body to burn fat faster than usual.</p>
<p><strong>Here are exercises that help burn fat fast.</strong> #1. Swimming &#8211; Swimming is a great exercise that burns an awful lot of calories and is very effective in helping you tone your body. I always been a good swimmer and I would love to hit the beach a lot, but my schedule won&#8217;t let me. The movements in swimming to targeted towards the whole body, and when you add swimming to your workout as a regular routine, you will find a big different in your body shape.</p>
<p>#2 Jogging &#8211; I personally hate jogging, but it&#8217;s a good way to pump up the fat burning process and it does it really fast. If you can job 30 minutes or more a day, you&#8217;re on the right track to a healthy lean body.</p>
<p>#3 Treadmill &#8211; The treadmill in my opinion is very effective to lose weight at a reasonable speed. Some people just don&#8217;t want to walk or jog outside everyday. This makes things much easier, because you can watch TV while exercising, or maybe it&#8217;s raining outside. I use my treadmill very often because I don&#8217;t to miss a workout. It speeds up my metabolism dramatically, so the food I eat normally burns right up.</p>
