3. Leave cardio to the end of your workout. Cardio involves a lot of sweat. Trust me, you don’t want to begin doing weight training with a sticky and wet shirt. It’s not going to be fun to exercise close to you either.
4. Make sure to not neglect any body part. The best fat burning workouts don’t just target one muscles group. Sure, you can have days in which you don’t work on some body parts, but make sure that in any given workout week, you’re giving all your body parts the attention they deserve.
5. Warmups – To reduce risk of injury, make sure to do a quick warmup at the beginning of your workouts.
6. At the end of the workout, it’s time to work on your flexibility. This will help keep your muscles supple and healthy as you will want to continue working out for many years to come.
